These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Axxeler website and the automation services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Axxeler provides workflow automation consulting and implementation services, including the design, build, and maintenance of automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, and n8n. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
2. Quotes and Payment
- Project pricing is provided in a written proposal and is valid for the period stated therein.
- Payment terms, including deposits and milestones, are specified in your project agreement.
- Late payments may result in the suspension of work until the account is brought current.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the systems, accounts, and information reasonably required to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing access or information may affect agreed timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom automations and configurations built specifically for you. Axxeler retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axxeler is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Our services often rely on third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or pricing decisions made by those providers.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
